You need to update or enable your Flash Player

To see if your flash player is enabled in Internet explorer 7: Go to Tools> Manage Add-Ons> Enable or Disbale Add-Ons then
Look for Shockwave Flash Object if it is disabled click on it and change the settings to disabled.

To see if your flash player is enabled in Internet explorer 6: Go to Tools> Manage Add-Ons... then
Look for Shockwave Flash Object if it is disabled click on it and change the settings to disabled.

To see if javascript is disabled in Inetrnet Explorer 6 & 7: Go to Tools> Internet Options> Security> Custom level
Scroll down to scripting and choose to either enable or prompt

To see if javascript is disabled in Firefox:
Go to Tools> Options> Content
Javascript should be have a check
